01

What Vibi is

Vibi is a workshop for vibe coding — a place to learn, practice, and share prompts for AI. Operated by Zhengkai Huang as an independent project.

02

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 to use Vibi.
  • You're responsible for your login and account activity.
  • One person, one account. Don't impersonate others.
  • We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
03

Your content

  • Anything you post (prompts, submissions, comments) stays yours.
  • By posting, you give us permission to display it on Vibi and let other users view, copy, and learn from it. That's how the gallery works.
  • You confirm your content doesn't violate copyright, isn't harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit, and doesn't contain malware.
  • We can remove content that violates these rules, at our discretion.
04

Vibi AI

  • Vibi AI is powered by open-source large language models. Your input text is sent to those models via their API.
  • Optimized prompts are for your personal use. We don't guarantee correctness or fitness for any specific purpose.
  • Don't use Vibi AI to optimize prompts designed to harm, manipulate, deceive, or attack others.
05

What you can't do

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Upload illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Upload content involving minors in inappropriate contexts.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or API protections.
  • Use Vibi to train competing AI services on our prompt data.
06

No warranties

Vibi is provided “as is.” Things break. Features change. Data may be lost. We do our best but make no warranties.

07

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zhengkai Huang and Vibi are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

08

Termination

Delete your account any time by emailing support@usevibi.com. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

09

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10

Governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes handled in California courts.
